USDSA's services are many and varied. We award equipment, free of charge, to under-funded departments.

The USDSA awarded the Anderson County Sheriff's Department with training pads which were used during our Instinctive Hand-to-Hand Combat Courses and will be utilized for continued departmental training.

The USDSA Awarded the North Central Washington Special Response Team with Emergency Belt Trauma Kits and Tactical Flashlights for all of their members. The unit is made up of members from the Okanogan County Sheriff's Dept., Omak Police Dept., Tonasket Police Dept., and a medic from the Areo Methow Ambulance Dept..
